Start your day by enjoying a variety of delicious breakfast options in The Arbor; the name of which is inspired by the creator of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and who coined the term 'arboretum' in modern garden design.

Our inviting Lobby Bar & Lounge, The Gild, is inspired by the passion for craft within our home City. Craft runs through both our food and drink offering; from carefully curated food dishes and artisan coffees to specially selected craft beers, cocktails and wines. For those evening cocktails, Brightsmith is the place to be. Inspired by the artisan makers at the heart of Birmingham’s world-renowned jewellery quarter, Brightsmith uses quality ingredients at the heart of its offering to show off Birmingham's exciting food culture. The waterfront restaurant also features a terrace that overlooks the beautiful Pendigo Lake, perfect for seeing in those sunnier evenings.
